JD Job Title: AI Language Data Consultant / Business Analyst Location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen / Singapore / Taiwan / Remote in ASEAN locations Job Type: Full-time Overview We are looking for a highly motivated talent to join our Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the company's growing demands on data. This includes playing a key role in providing data for our AI models in new languages. Responsibilities General responsibilities 1.From 0 to 1, conduct data research and find ways to deliver data for new markets and languages. 2.Conduct cross-team collaboration to fulfill their data needs and provide data insights. a.Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that our products are ready for new languages and new markets. b.Support the R&D team by providing relevant data for AI models and proactively coming up with來自BOSS直聘 ways to iteratively source new data. c.Support the Customer Success team and the BD team to fulfill client projects and enable the clients/partkanzhunners on releasing data to us. 3.Carry out the following tasks to deliver data for models and projects. a.Work out project requirements with stakeholders, make project plans, and deliver the data labelling/collection projects with high quality, on time, and within budget. b.Conduct hands-on quality checking to make sure the data checked by QAs (Quality Assurance) meets the target accuracy rate. c.Communicate project planning and project progreskanzhuns across internal teams. d.Source vendors and recruit freelancers to deliver data labelling/collection projects. e.Provide training to vendors and freelancers on data labelling rules and the use of data labelling software. Advanced responsibilities As you advance in this role, or if you are a more experienced applicant, you will have the opportunity for growth on the managerial track with the following responsibilities. 1.Provide all-round support to the Data team to ensure project delivery. 2.Enable learning and development of the Data team. 3.Come up with or enable the Data team to come up with creative and practical solutions to optimise operations of data labelling/collection projects in areas of capacity, quality, scalability, data security, and cost-effectiveness. 4.Act as the key spokesman of Fano’s data ethics to educate the market and gain their trust in Fano’s ethics and practices in ensuring data security. Skills and experiences 1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in disciplines related to business, linguistics, or data. 2.2+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably in AI companies with speech recognition technologies. 3.Fluent in English and Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese). Proficiency in other languages is a plus. 4.Interested in data and operations. 5.International, presentable to people of different backgrounds. 6.Practical and creative in getting things done. 7.Good planning and execution abilities. 8.Good at solving problems. 9.Good technical background so can understand the tech & products well enough. 10.Good commercial senses. 11.Have an eye for detaBOSS直聘il and an eye for the big picture. 12.Willing to work on-site or travel outside Hong Kong when needed. 13.Able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in different teams and office locations. 14.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
